most likely u guys will ignore my decision but i think that you shouldnt promise people powers cause then idiots will ruin the forum what you should do is wait a while to find out if their idiots or not if you already know and trust them then maybe give them mod powers but still have powers above his like taking his/her powers away and limit their ability to change things limited to people who have less athourity than them and what not
